SourcinBox app is only able to integrate with Shopify and Woocommerce stores via API to automate the order process. However, more and more dropshippers running stores on other platforms are in urgent need of SourcinBox fulfillment service. We added a new feature -- manually import orders, to accept orders with datasheets, such as CSV or Excel, from other platforms.
Before you place orders with datasheets, please make sure that we have listed the products on SourcinBox marketplace or in your private product list. If your products are not on SourcinBox, please contact your customer manager to source the products for you.
When everything is set, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to "Wholesaler - Wholesale Orders".
You might be confused, but, yes, it is where to manually import your dropshipping orders to SourcinBox app.
2. Download the template of the datasheet and fill in order information.
Please fill the order information in the template. Here's some clarification for your reference.
store tags(*): your store name or any specific description of your store. When you have orders from multiple stores in processing on SourcinBox, you'll know which store the orders are from.
customer order number(*): the order number on your store
SKU(*): the variant SKU on SourcinBox, not the SKU on your store
quantity(*): quantity of the variant to be processed in the order
3. Import the orders to SourcinBox app.
After you've filled all orders in the template, please import the orders with the filled template.
4. Pay for the orders.
You can pay for the orders either in bulk or one by one.
5. See orders in different statuses.
6. Export the shipped orders.
As soon as the orders are shipped, the tracking numbers will be synced to SourcinBox app. The tracking numbers will be exported together with other order information. You can upload the shipped order information to your own store with the exported datasheet.
