We are a team of young but experienced people who've worked deeply in areas of cross-border e-commerce, IT, traditional international trade, and customer service before. Our company was formed in 2015 and was officially established in 2018, now is one of the top Chinese players in the line of e-commerce business.

To make sure of high efficiency, we built a team of over 40 enthusiastic employees, hired professional logistics devices, and employed a high-end WMS (warehouse management system) to process up to 20,000 packages a day in our 4000㎡ warehouse.

We work with manufacturers directly to bypass the re-sellers and negotiate for better prices for you. And our shipping price for each order is based on fixed fee and weight fee, which is more reasonable and cost-effective. We also provide cashback for recharging SourcinBox balance.

There are over 40 SourcinBox members in our office, including customer managers and IT engineers. We keep recruiting more and more fully capable new members for our customer manager team and IT team to support ever-growing customer requests and provide efficient customer service.

Warehouse

More than 20 employees in our warehouse are processing the products and shipment in our 4000㎡ warehouses. Our warehouse works throughout almost the year. Even during most holidays, we have people on shift in our warehouse to get your orders shipped in time.
